Changing character mesh on spawn

Is there a way to move around the vertices on a mesh based on a random value to make characters look different when they spawn? An example would be like having variables for the groups of vertices for eyes, nose, and ears and distort them based on a random number. I don’t need a tutorial but an example is welcome. I use javascript so a javascript example would be nice. Thanks!

There are a few tutorials on using ‘morph targets’ in Unity; that’s probably gonna be the easiest method for ya.

You could also painstakingly iterate through all the mesh.vertices and nudge them one by one and find the vertices you want that way, but that sounds tedious and error-prone.
