Changing DirectX version for Unity from 11 to 12

While I was trying to start up Unity Editor 6.0 I found a problem, that Editor crashes with atidxx64.dll problem.

I googled that, tried to add exceptions for Microsoft Defender(Added Unity and Rider). That didn’t worked, so I found another solution - try to check and change Direct 11 to Direct 12(if that is a problem). But to do that I need to open Unity Editor, so I ended up in this infinity cycle. How can I check that and change?
The site I used about Direct change: Unity - Manual: DirectX

You can set command line arguments before launching the project.
In Unity Hub, find the three dots at the end of your project, select “Add command line arguments” and fill with “-force -d3d12”. Then your project will be started with DirectX12.

Refer to Unity - Manual: Unity Standalone Player command line arguments
