changing icon (logo) of offline file

Dear all,

I am using pro at the moment, and i want to know how to change the icon and the tag of the window for offline running, i don’t mean the web loading logo(mark), but is the exe file icon. Anyone can tell me how to do the change, many thanks for everyone here.

In the past I’ve used Microangelo Creation, which is a costly (US$50) yet awesome icon editor for Windows.

Not sure about icon editor options on the Mac.
