Changing MAC and license

Hi,

I own two MACs an old one and a new one. The old one had the Unity PRO license on it; and it suddenly broke down. Now i can’t use it. How do I recover my license and put it on the new one?

We have yet to implement a solution for external license returns so you’ll have to contact support and they’ll help you recover your license. Send your mail to support@unity3d.com and include your serial so that they can find you in the system.
