Changing what program scripts open in -HELP-

Help I just recently installed and activated Visual Studio Express, and I don’t know any clue on how to change it so when I open a script or start a new one it opens in Visual Studio it only opens in MonoDevelop, thanks

Unity Preferences → External Tools → External Script Editor → Browse.

where is unity preferences

On Windows it is under
Edit → Preferences
under macOS, it is
Unity → Preferences

in unity hub? i found preferences but cant find external tools
