Character animation from blender to unity

Hi,
I have a question in terms of importing a character/mesh with rigging and animation actions from blender into unity.
I can’t post a video or more than one picture because I’m a new user but basically in blender the animations looks fine but in unity it stretches quite a bit. I’ve searched the issue but I don’t know where or what to look for.

If anyone knows what causes the problems please leave a comment.

The distortion looks like you might have one or more transforms rotated / scaled.

Make sure you Apply Scale and Rotation in Blender before you animate / export it.

Well i just did it and everything is still the same.
