Character controller model colliding. How to disable it?

I don’t know why my Blender model have collisions without using the capsule.

The main reason of this being a problem is that when falling animation is running, player toes are vertical and it collision befor the character controller.

If it helps to someone in my case the problem was the jump coroutine that make it not work properly i fixed it reducing the time of the corroutine :). if any doubts ask me!
