When people don’t respond its often because they didn’t really understand the question. So you should try asking again in a different way, perhaps adding more information or even screenshots to get their attention and show the problem.
When you use the obj file format it is expected to loose bones, the obj format is rather old and doesn’t support bones. Try adding more information about what tool you use together with zbrush, is it maya, max, blender or?
Unity accept files directly from most 3D tools that works with bones, so try to save from those rather than zbrush directly.
