I could not find a proper program for Unity3D character.
Beautiful character, clothing, shoes, etc., etc. Do you have the program do?

Probematic how? Also, another software that is very good for custom human generation is MakeHuman. It is very for models of any number of polygons along with extensive feature changes, male and female. You will still need to make clothes, which will require another software (Try Autodesk Maya).
