Character model moves away from the Player objects when preforming running animation

Hi, so whenever my character preforms running animation it moves away, sometimes rotates from the player object. I don’t know how to explain this so here is a video of the problem.

The character also sinks into the floor.
I tried changing the run animation to a different one but the result was the same.
It doesn’t do that when I don’t assign the running animation and just leave the idle one. The idle animation always stays in its place no matter how much the character moves.

Any help is appreciated.

Animator component with Apply Root Motion enabled should be the root transform of your character controller prefab.
