Character Problem

Hello friends,

I solved the clothes placement after a long struggle.

But,
As you can see in the picture, there is a problem.

What is the reason?

I tried very hard, i could not find a solution.

Please, Waiting for your help.
I really need help.

Second image reveals that clothes mesh maybe separate, this isn’t a good practice unless it’s one for upper and one for lower. Even if it isn’t a separate mesh the problem might be with skinning. Whatever 3Dapp may you be using copying weight paint or skinning of a model onto other is a common tool. Copy your model’s skinning and apply it to your model’s clothes, I had the same problem recently but copying did it!

First of all, thank you for your comment.

‘Humanoid > Mapping > Automap + Pose > Enforce T-Pose’ = Corrupted Character.

That is,

Is like in the picture.

I do not understand the problem.

Is that the actual error message? it’s an unsung error…does it pop when you press enforce t-pose button? shit I don’t know! try reimporting it and make sure you don’t use very complex skeleton/armature for a humanoid character (OR) check if it’s because of any IK setup. That must be it…may be, because query of it’s occurrence suggests.

And what happen to that skin coming out of clothes like problem?

Problem solved. The solution is really very different. The problem only character And skeletal structure. Thanks to Maya corrected and resolved.

Using Mecanim Enforce T-Pose doesn’t change the meshes or their boneweights. So all this shows is that the clothes boneweights doesn’t handle non-standard poses.

Having these problems where the body shows through clothes are very common, and the “normal” ways to handle it is either to hide parts of the underlying mesh or make clothes less tight.

For anyone using characters with clothes I’d recommend taking a look at UMA.
