Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a heads up that Chartboost is suspending game developer accounts without pay. It happened to me after 5 years using Chartboost in all of my games. Sadly it also happened to many game developer friends. This is the email CB sends you out of the blue (see below). Just to clarify I did nothing wrong. Chartboost is possibly running out of money. I recommend everyone to diversify your ads.

Our data suggest that the users of your published apps may not be real users, and that earnings may have been generated fraudulently.
Your login, publishing, and advertising capabilities have been turned off and you will not be receiving payment of the earnings balance. You may direct any questions or follow up information to us at pub.review@chartboost.com.
In any case I would recommend that you contact Chartboost using the provided e-mail address, to clarify the issue. Detecting fraud (and thereby ensuring a healthy network for both advertisers and publishers) is not a trivial task, and there could be many reasons for this. At least you should give them a chance to explain.

Thanks. Yeah, I did reach out and unfortunately they replied with this response (see below). I would love to get my account back since it is an important source of income for me. But at this point I have little hope.

We also had this happen. It was completely devastating as we were unable to cross-promote as planned when we launched a new app. I have no idea how to hack or manipulate a service like this and I truly would love to have an answer to what happened or what they suspected so that I could try to prevent it.
