I got a message here:

That’s what I’m trying to find out.

Click on their Facebook and Twitter links, one goes to FreebieSMS the other to OpenMerchantAccount.com

I’d also expect to see some sort of publishing agreement etc and a portal where you can upload your APK and view stats etc.

Doesn’t seem legit.

Their Alexa ranking does not show them in China at all.

I get contacted my Chinese publishers and not sure what to do with them…
