Cinemachine: change Rotation behavior?

Hello,
I have a specific question to the Cinemachine.
Creating an Max Payne-like game (MP1, 2001)

Already setup a complete Camera (with Screen X,Y and distance set).

Using: Framing Transposer (Body) and POV (Aim).

Results are really good - except the camera rotation (movement behavior?) vertically.

For example: When I look up, the camera moves “under” my character und you stare at his butt.
Blocking the view for aiming btw.

In Max Payne the camera tilts backwards very strongly, to clearly look above.
Same for looking down - the camera will move over top of his head, looking at his chest and floor.

Question: How do I manipulate the camera rotation?

Shall I use splines to move the cam along??

Which version of Cinemachine are you using? With CM3, you can do it easily using a ThirdPersonFollow and a FreeLookModifier. Here it is on the Free Camera within the ThirdPersonWithAimMode sample scene:
