Cinemachine doesn't work

Hi everyone,
so I’ve made a new project in Unity to learn 3D movement. First step - cinemachine.
Oh, I see an error. Let’s see what’s happening.

I have no idea what that means.

What version of Unity?
What version of Cinemachine?

I have the same issue i am using 2018.4.7 with LTS. Plz respond as soon as possible. @Gregoryl

You need to upgrade to a more recent version of Unity 2018.4, or if you can’t do that, you need to use Cinemachine 2.2.9, which still supports older versions of Unity.
