Cinemachine forces game window on selecting virtual camera

Cinemachine 2.4.0, Unity 2019.3
I am working in this Unity Layout:


Every time I select or deselect any virtual camera it switches active window from Scene View to Game View. This behavior is very annoying. Is there any way to turn it off if it is not a bug and it was intended?

Yes it’s a known issue, fixed for the next release
