I have three machines (1 Mac, 2 PC) running Unity 5.4. I have this bizarre circle with a red slash on just 1 machine (Win 10 64bit, latest build) that shows up on the panels (see screenshot). I cannot find anything about this online…anyone have an idea?
This could be down to the overlay option in your Nvidia GeForce Experience settings.
If so, this should solve the issue…
- Open the GeForce Experience window
- Select the triangular sharing icon
- Click the cog shaped settings icon
- Select and disable the Overlays option
