i am interested in purchasing the city-builder asset, but i’d like to know two things:
is it possible to do a real time PvP (similar to Command & Conquer Gameplay) and
auto generate maps (the maps would be pre-made of course) ?
Game idea would be for mobile devices: android, ios, windows. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!

Your question is best asked directly to the author of the asset you’re referring to. Not only are we forum users likely unqualified to answer questions about a specific asset unless we’ve used it, we also have no clue which asset you’re talking about! 
Generally speaking, though, the answer to “Is it possible” is usually “yes”, with the caveat that you need to know what you’re doing, and if you have to ask, you’re probably not ready to tackle that yet. Spend some time boning up on using Unity, and you’ll start to see the path forward reveal itself to you.
