Clarification on C# and .NET Framework on 2017 Release.

I haven’t understood what is the goal of the development team on this part.
Will 2017 have a stable full featured support of C#6 and .NET 4.6.2, or will it be an experimental feature on release (I repeat ON RELEASE OF 2017 version) and scheduled to be stable and not experimental on future versions?

Thank you.

2017.1 will have the new .NET runtime and we have fixed all the known bugs so far with it. You can enable it in the player options.

So this way we can get more people to try it out on their projects and then report any bugs they find with it.

It will become the default option in a later build and at an even later build after that the old runtime will be removed.

To follow up, it will maintain the “Preview” label for 2017.1.

What exactly does “Preview” mean in this context? Would it still be considered experimental and “use at your own risk”?
