CLI Parameters?

First of all, this is a very usefull programm to get rid of all the shortcut clutter on my desktop, keep up! :slight_smile:

But Iā€™m missing a function to add command line paramters to the unity.exe, since a project of mine depends on beeing run in OpenGL mode. It might be even more cool to expose all the unity CLI flags into a single window, for reference and/or faster short cut creation.
