clickable vr game with mouse

Hello, I am new to VR gaming (and have been experimenting very little bit with Unity). I am a noob.

I want to make a simple VR game, which would need only a headset and a mouse.

While wearing the VR headset he will see infront of him a multiple choice question, ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ which he can select with the mouse. And then after selecting the answer, a video will play out. And to proceed to the next question, he will click with the mouse the ‘next’ button.

I haven’t seen videos on youtube that explain how to make vr games with just one mouse ( it is with two mouse and a phone as well… )

Are there any videos/posts/documentation already available that you suggest? It is possible to make it?

Id recommend to use the controllers or center of the view for the selection and not a mouse. Or is it absolutely required

So when I attempt to do the Mustang instructional exercise it shows a retilce which tracks where I look, similar to a little blue crosshair, which had the planned choice of mouse association. Anyway when I attempt to utilize this component it simply clicks outside the window on work area which essentially delivers all controls void until I remove the HMD and reselect the game on the work area, which isn’t just awkward, yet additionally delivers this element and this multitude of controls pointless. keyboard test
