Closing the Hub while I still had an editor open seems to have broken my version files.
Trying to open up the project again gives attached error. Creating a new project in the same version gives the same error.

Would you please open a bug through the Hub bug reporter (accessible from my account dropdown or the tray menu). Then we can look into the logs and troubleshoot the issue.
