The soft body script isn’t working… on unity 2.0 … :?
Oh, i didn’t know that :?
can someone make it work on unity 2.0?
Hehe, I saw that today.
Here is something fun-- open your activity monitor, watch CPU–
Now open that flash cloth sim, and make the cloth bigger. At full size, I hit 93% from Firefox alone.
As I recall, the Unity version was a lot better, but still, cloth sims are going to suck your computer dry unless it isn’t in the context of a full game.
Pretty cool if you have alternative uses for it though.
The unity package posted on his page with sample works perfectly fine:

It seems there are some specific things in the scene you have to setup for the soft body script to work.
In most cases though, you won’t need to use Soft Bodies for cloth, unless you are trying to make an accurate simulation. Cloth can ( and for the sake of performance, should ) be animated in your modeling application.
