Cloth springs on play (video below)

Coat by default was scaled up (to 100) and it wasnt centered (and even then it springed) i changed the scale to 1 and rotation with position to 0, still springs, the only collider is the stretched cube below (ground) the belt is attached to the coat, everything that is simulated is flat and low poly

ok, i installed 2019 LTS (i thought i had it) and it fixed there
