Hello,
I just tried to start a cloud build using the Unity cloud build web site (Unity ID) but it keeps loading the list of the builds. If I try to start a build, it keeps showing the popup “starting builds…”.
I checked https://status.cloud.unity3d.com/ and it says that all services are up and functional.
What is going on?
I started having problems a little while ago too. I can no longer load any of my build history, so it seems like something is down over there. I submitted a support ticket.
the funny thing is that https://status.cloud.unity3d.com/ says that everything works perfectly.
Hello - performance issues are being investigated on the Cloud Build API right now. The status is being updated, and look for updates in the forum after it’s resolved.
Hello PhilMcJ, with forum you mean this thread? Or somewhere else?
any news? We are in a hurry, we have to publish an important update of our core app.
The performance culprit was identified as a newly-deployed query - it performed well in testing but substantially less well in production. The errant code was reverted, and in the half-hour since then, logging and performance metrics appear normal once more.
The team here will follow up on tuning the relevant process - and also on enhancing the status page automation, since the test calls used for status page responded with no issues today, even when much of the rest of the API was slowed down. Thanks for everyone’s patience.
Hey @PhilMcJ , It’s doing it again.
Broken for me also. Build history gone, new builds don’t start, links in emails 404.
We’re currently all hands on deck investigating this.
FYI https://status.cloud.unity3d.com/ is now updated (was not done by our automatic systems since the error rates are inconsistent) - this incident is due to our cloud network provider and may affect all unity services. We’re working with the provider to resolve this.
The network issue seems to have been resolved by our provider and we’re seeing things quickly recover on our end.
I can confirm that it’s working for me too. Thanks for the quick fix!
