Cloud Builds failing on large scale

Good morning.

Since yesterday, 9/10 of our cloud builds are either failing with:
“An internal Unity Cloud Build error has occurred (Unexpected termination of the channel). The Unity Cloud Build team is addressing this issue, and this build can be restarted if needed.”

  • or -

“Build was canceled” (which is happening more and more since a couple of weeks for some platforms, with clean builds helping so far. This is unfortunate as it was the cloud build system triggering the “cancellation”, not a team member).

Across all platforms, mainly using Unity 2018.4.2f. Clean builds are not helping. I have not seen a “system has problems we are looking into that” post or notifications, if we are the only ones can you please advise on what to do next?

It seems to be related to 2018.4.2f only. Our local builds with that version work great but all cloud builds are failing consistently at this point. Switching back to 2018.4.1f for now (CB are going through again with that one). Hope this helps anybody, hopefully just a temporary phenomenon

For us some never complete, without even this error. I hope that’s something to be fixed.
