Hello there everyone.
I’m thinking for a game idea since ages. I got a name called cloud hunt. It kinda looks interesting but I am not able to think what will be in the game or what will it be about?
Anyone here who can help for a game idea realates to the name Cloud Hunt.
Make sure you think of some 2d type game bcoz I’m bad at 3d modelling

Mario clone where you collect/rescue clouds that are trapped in boxes… and in the end there is evil cloud professor that you need to beat.
ps. is this some sort of home work assignment?

And no it’s not a an assignment. I am an indie game developer just got the game’s name randomly but didn’t Able to convert into gameplay concept.

In the future the globe is so warm that countries fight over clouds for shade. So you got to infiltrate the other country and steal their clouds.
You can fly an air plane, avoid search lights and AAA machine gun fire. You get close to a cloud and ploop out a big plastic bubble around it, then haul it back to your side. Controls get all wonky when you carrying the cloud so its more difficult.
Bonus points if you shoot down enemy airplane stealing your clouds. Basically it’s capture the flag.
YOu could probably modify the unity learn section tutorial to build this. (i forget name of the game type, but you know where you ffly a ship and avoid incoming bullets/meteors or w/e)

Make missile command instead of shooting down missiles you shoot down clouds that trying to rain on your parade so to speak, should be tons of tutorial how to do it

For many centuries we have hunted the piggies for our num nums.
Now the bacon buddies have evolved wings to escape us and hide in the clouds.
We must now chuck stabby sticks into the clouds and hope to hit silly winged oinkers.
But make sure we remember: “what goes oink, must come doink” - Translation - Don’t stab yourselves, idiots.
Also, bacon wings are delicious.
Man, I wanna make this now.

@Ujjawal49 , in the future, it would probably be better form to communicate what brainstorming you did do, what you lean towards doing (aside from just 2D vs 3D), and then ask for design tips or ideas from other people as to how to make it fun.
