Ok i put in the already given clouds is there a way to change to color to what i want or a tut on how to make your own?

Unity has no cloud system or alike as such they are either model or some 3rd party system you added in which case you should check its dev / page / docs for the answer 
Ok then how do u make your own?
Maybe try a particle emitter.
