College illumination lesson

So, it’s been a couple of hours i am trying to make a lesson for college, where i need to make the scene almost identical to the image below:

I tried sometimes to make the scene look similar to the image but i didn’t figured out yet how to do it. If someone can help me to make this, i would thank for it.
