Collider Moves Below Mesh When I Hit Play

Hello everyone. For some reason my collider is moving below my mesh when I hit play. It only happens when I try to use Mecanim. Using my previous animation setup, this does not happen. My model’s scale is all set to 1,1,1 so it is not a scaling issue. I made my models in Cheetah 3D. Like I said, I was not having any problems until I tried using the model with Mecanim. The Mecanim Animations are playing fine on the model, the only problem is the Capsule Collider is touching the ground, and the model is floating above the Collider.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did you get it fixed and how?

As an update, this is only happening with animations from the Asset Store and the animations from the Mecanim Tutorial. Animations I made myself seem to not be doing this so I’m thinking it is something to do with my bone structure. The rig seems ok in Mecanim (no red areas). I’ll keep playing around with it and post any changes I discover.
