Collider stays in Place But mesh Sinks in the ground

I am Using a wheel collider on a tyre and the issue I am facing is that the collider stays in place. But, the mesh of tyre is passing / sinking through my plane / ground. The figure is attached.
First one is in rest position.

The second one is when I drop the sphere/tyre from some height.

The collider is above the plane but the mesh of tyre has passed through the plane. It becomes okay when sphere is at rest.

Try using a cube and scale it, If that didnt work, try another method.
