Hi guys! First of all sorry for my english)
I’ve got next problem.
When I instantiate one object intersected with another (rigidbody and sphere collider attached) I expect that they will displace each other completely. It’s almost happening but they stay intersected a little bit as you can see on the pic. I tried to change drag, mass, collider type, material, collision types, interpolation - nothing changes. Colliders stop intersected (no OnCollisionExit event).
Does anyone have any ideas?)

Well, first of all are you sure that those 3 spheres have the same y-position? Otherwise it just looks like they are intersected because they don’t touch each other at the center.

Besides that the Physics system need some intersection to react to collisions. You can try to reduce the “Min Penetration For Penalty” value in the Physics settings (Edit–>ProjectSettings–>Physics) but be careful, too small values can break the Physics system or make it behave unnatural.
