Collision not working for executing animation, but executes Debug.

My collision detection works fine, for Debuglog indicating the code works. However, it will not play any animations! Debug shows up fine, but code for ANY animation will not execute. Checked all variables...can not figure it out.

NEVERMIND! I placed animation in question in a different layer and it works perfectly!!
