Si no tiene eso hecho primero, hay que aprender a hacerlos, o buscar unos hechos ya. Yo recomiendo “Blender” para ese proceso, que no necesariamente es el programa mas fácil, pero es gratis, y más que capaz para el trabajo.
Si no entendí bien lo que necesita, es que necesito más informatión. Hay que explicar que se está haciendo, que ha intentado, y que resultado da, junto con que resultado espera.

It seems to me that you need to learn the basics. I would start at the bottom.
It is normal in many game engines to need more than one program. If you are making a 3d game with Unity, you need graphics. This normally means models, which includes both for the levels, like your ramps, and characters, like the guy you have running around, and the props/objects, like the coins you would collect. You also need textures most likely, unless you go for a really simple style without texturing. That normally means you need an image editor, though Blender actually can do some of that too. Then you also need things like sounds and music. That means you need a few more programs for it.
Now, for learning Unity, I recommend Learn for you to visit. There are tutorials and videos for you to learn how to use the Unity editor to put things where you want, and how to script as well so you can learn to make things happen in your game.
