Colored lines where they should not be

I don’t know why this is happening, but with some of the tiles in my game, there is a line underneath them when it should not be there. It takes the top 1 pixel of colors and puts them on the bottom… a picture says a thousand words:

Why is this happening, and what should I do to fix it?

Set the texture Wrap mode to clamp.
