Combined 3D and 2D lighting with URP

Is there a way to overlay 2 cameras on top of each other using URP, while 1 camera has Renderer 2D Data in the “renderer” field, and the second has Universar Renderer Data? There is a similar question on the forum where the answer was to use LWRP, but on the new version of Unity there is no LWRP, only URP. What to do?
