Combined Mesh (root: scene) Issue!

So I don’t know what happened, all of a sudden I can not move most of the items in my scene. I look at the mesh filter and the items I can not move have Combined Mesh (root: scene) in them.

From what I have read this is only supposed to happen in play mode? Is my scene stuck this forever? Is there a way to undo this?

Is this a bug???
