Command line arguments for localization

I want to use the command line arguments to start localization with Arabic;
I tried:
-language = Arabic
-language = ar
-language = AR

But couldn’t reach anything. I have attached two pictures, one for the startup locale order (command line first) and the second for the passed argument on the shortcut.

Could you try it without the spaces? Also remove the spaces from the command line selector.

Thank you @karl_jones I removed the spaces, and now it works with language code.
