CommandInvokationFailure: Gradle build failed. with Unity ADS

Hello, i got problem when im trying to build my app.
this thing happens only when im activating the unity AD. when unity ad is disabled the build process works perfectly.
After going through so many posts about problems like this one, i tried almost anything - downloaded jdk 1.8.0_XX , downloaded sdk tools directory version r25_XX , used android studio sdk manager to download older version of android platform and sdk tools with older version - and after all this attempts nothing helped.
