Compass app: "App not compatible with device" (but the device have a Compass sensor)

Hello, an user had reported that his “Huawei G620s-L01” can not install my app :

I look at the phone Specifications and it have a Compass sensor. Also I request him to try to install my other App (that do not requiere a Compass sensor):

And he can install it. Then the problem is with the compass sensor.

Where is the problem?. the problem is with their device or with Play Store?.

The problem can be with other requirements for your game… (e.g: API level, etc)

Perhaps that device lacks NEON support? can’t see that from the specs though.

Then he can´t install the other game, but he can.
