Hi all,

We’ve just announced a twitter based competition where pro licenses are up for grabs!

Update on winners so far!

Winners:

  • Week 1: December 15 - December 18th
    “In 2011 I will create Cutscene Editor and Visual Logic Editor” @NeodropRU
  • Week 2: December 19 - December 25th
    “In 2011 we will use Unity to launch a cutting-edge, fully featured, professional urban development design toolkit.” @derkdegeus
  • Week 3: December 26 - January 1st
    “In 2011 I will use real-time shadows to create a horror space adventure game with a surprise ending. #unity3d” @thedaemonofid
  • Week 4: January 2nd - January 8th

Yes I’m wondering that too, I keep checking twitter and the web page and no sign of a result so far :wink:

It did get posted on Twitter about 18 hours ago (According to Twitter). A winner is Neodrop for this tweet. Can’t say why a Unity rep didn’t mention it here (or if they plan to do so in the future).

And, if this is a right place, can I ask : what I have won? I own Unity PRO 2+ years. May be I can ask about Android PRO ? (It will help me to test my VIZIO on this platform. Especially if I will have appropriate device (like Nexus One from preorder, if some still available) :roll_eyes: ).

Congratulations on your win. One thing though, if you already own Unity Pro it’s kind of not very fair to enter this competition. Not to say your project isn’t awesome and deserving, but I think the spirit of the competition is for people who don’t have/can’t afford Unity Pro to have an opportunity to win it.

Yes. Each good idea should be supported but :
I do not see a difference between Unity PRO Unity Android PRO
Just the same price, just the same name, just the same judges.
If you think other, let me know.
And why I can’t win it? :face_with_spiral_eyes:
Believe to me, I am completely not rich (at least yet). :wink:

Any word on the second set of results? And what happens when people start posting tweets after the previous deadline but before the new results, do they get included in the 2nd results or carry over to the next one?

I would assume that one tweet rolls to all dates unless you win. Kind of grey on that area.

I imagined that since there are 4 separate result dates, there are 4 separate competitions and you have to post afresh within the dates in order to qualify for that period?
