Compound collider\trigger issues

I’m looking for solutions of creating compound triggers that actually work.

I have an area that I need to define as a trigger but can’t use a box due to it’s shape. I tried adding multiple collider components but I can’t find a way to make them act as if they were merged.

OnTriggerEnter is usually called before OnTriggerExit when moving through a connecting point of colliders so that raises some problems.

What’s my best bet?

Practically I need to play a sound only in a specific area that can’t be confined to a box.

@MostNimbus You can add a MeshCollider to the object, if the collider don’t cover the area that you want, you can model a 3D object in Blender with the form that you want to the collider, then, import it in Unity and add a MeshCollider to it.
If you don’t know how to use blender, you can use an online alternative like Tinkercad, a very simple program.
I hope this helps you
