Computer screen inside of game

So, i was wondering if there was anyway inside of Unity to create a “computer screen” where the user could control a mouse pointer when they look at the screen and see graphs and other such things inside of the game. (much like the game “Pulsar Lost Colony”, which is made in Unity :stuck_out_tongue: )

If anyone could tell me a way to create this and/or give me some sample code, that would be greatly appreciated!
