My most recent effort.
Wellā¦itās better than what I could do at least.
The real trick is to get him 3 dimensional.
hard though
Proportions are quite off but hey itās a fine concept art to model it in 3d!
Although these books are kind of dated, the concepts presented in them do carry over to most modern software packages. They may help to better explain the transition of concept art like this into the 3D world.
Not bad for a WIP Alec, I suggest very quick adjustment in Photoshop or Painter
- select the upper body and scale it down a bit
- create a layer and set the property of it to āMultiplyā so hat you can add shading without loosing what youāve already done.
More 3Dimensionality will help you in the modeling of course!
Thank you, and I must say, incredible avatar.
ā¦Iām glad you like it, it is one of my drawings ! hereās the full imageā¦
