Conditional compilation syntax

The official documentation on platform dependent compilation: http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/Manual/Platform%20Dependent%20Compilation.html

Provides the following example:

#if UNITY_EDITOR
    Debug.Log("Unity Editor");
#endif

Is there a reason I can't do this? It doesn't seem to work:

#if UNITY_STANDALONE_OSX or UNITY_STANDALONE_WIN
    Debug.Log("Native Build");
#else
    Debug.Log("Not a good idea to attempt filesystem access...");
#endif

It should be || instead of or
