Confused about Unity Wiki licensing - Can it be used commercially?

My question is pretty much the title. While the license does say that you can make use of the assets in a commercial product, it also says

" If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one. "

So does that mean I have to release my entire game under this license, if I use one of the scripts on the wiki? Wouldn’t that mean anyone who buys the game can then copy it 5000 times and resell it?

No, it means that if you use and modify it, then decide to share the source again, you may only do so under the same license. Nothing about the rest of your game, just the script that used.
