Consistent FPS in Unity Build but Drops in Editor - Why?

Experiencing intermittent FPS drops in Unity Editor (2022.3.19f1) during play mode, where FPS sometimes suddenly falls from ~60 to ~10 for about 15 seconds before returning to normal in Unity Editor (2022.3.19f1) play mode, but not in the build (APK), where it’s stable. Statistics, Profiler and hardware monitor (CPU, GPU, Memory) show no change during these drops. Drivers are updated, no heavy background processes, editor and build quality settings are the same.

Any ideas why this happens only in the editor and how to fix it?
