Hello, I was wondering if it was ever possible just to make a console game, not like selling it on some market etc, but like just so I can play myself on my own console. I’m thinking you need some special disc for the consoles. Also I know it costs thousands of dollars if you want to publish it, so no need to tell me that 
Today it’s not possible. Well, Sony make it possible for you to treat your Vita as a development tool when using Unity for PSM, and in the future there will be tools from Microsoft that allow you to use Unity to make games that run on your retail XboxOne.
