Console gives an error "Invalid metadata file found."

Hello Unity forums. I’m having an issue that I can’t seem to find a workaround for.

I recently opened a project of mine that I have not touched for awhile, and in the console I get a notification.

“Invalid metadata file found ‘library/cache/Icon’. It is recommended that you delete this file.”
“Invalid metadata file found ‘library/metadata/Icon’. It is recommended that you delete this file.”

I looked that the respective folders in the project file but I can’t find such a file and thus am lost. I have a feeling I’m looking at the wrong folders and this might be referencing something else on my computer. This notification doesn’t hinder my use and I can continue working but it is an annoyance and I’d like to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe you get the error because it got deleted or something, I suggest that you make a icon with the name “Icon” and place it in “/library/metadata/” and try that out. It might just be that tiny little miss. Hope this helps
