Consulting the caching license price and how can i buy it?

Dear Madame/Sir：
I am working for a local game company in Shanghai, China.
We had bought a Unity3d earlier.
We are using Unity to develop a Webgame now.
Being restricted by limited bandwidth of the China’s Internet, we have use a lot of cache,more
then 50MB. So i consult the price of the caching license,and how i can buy it.

I know that we must give a domain for using caching license，but our project is still in
development, so that we are uncertain the domain that we will be used.
For testing, can i get a caching license of LAN domain which is like “http://192.168.1.11”?

I'm pretty sure you can't put lan domains on the internet. As in, that's kind of the point of the 192.168 numbers!
